You can remove your data from BenchMarketing at three levels.

Disconnect a platform

In the app, open Integrations and choose Disconnect on the platform. Our stored access tokens are deleted immediately and syncing stops. You can also revoke access from the platform itself: in your Google Account for Google Ads and Google Analytics, or in Facebook Business Integrations for Meta.

Remove imported reports

In Integrations, under report import, remove a platform’s imported data. It is deleted immediately.

Delete your account and workspace

Email hello@benchmarketing.org from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request, cancel any subscription, and delete your account, workspace, synced performance data, and imported reports within 30 days. Copies in backups expire on our provider’s backup schedule. We keep only what tax or accounting law requires, such as invoices.
