How to export a Microsoft Advertising report as CSV
Download Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaign performance as a CSV, from the campaigns grid or the Reports page.

Steps
- In Microsoft Advertising, open Campaigns and choose the date range.
- For a workspace import, open Reports instead and build a Campaign report with the time unit set to Day.
- Make sure Spend, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions and Revenue are included.
- Download as CSV.
Microsoft adds report details above the header and a copyright line at the end; both are skipped.
Which columns Benchmarketing reads
| Needed for | Column (any of these names) |
|---|---|
| Every report | Cost, Spend, Amount spent |
| CTR and CPM | Impressions, Impr. |
| CTR, CPC and conversion rate | Clicks, Link clicks |
| Conversion rate and CPA | Conversions, Results, Leads, Purchases |
| ROAS | Conversion value, Conv. value, Purchase conversion value |
| Daily tracking in the app | Day, Date, Reporting starts |
Extra columns are ignored, and total or summary rows at the bottom of the file are skipped automatically.
Free report or workspace import?
- The [free benchmark report](/tools/ad-benchmark-report) accepts any summary export, with or without a date column. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.
- Importing into your workspace (Integrations, then Import a report) needs one row per day, so add a daily breakdown before exporting. That is what lets the app track your position week by week.
