Steps
- In TikTok Ads Manager, open Reporting and create a custom report.
- Add the dimension By day (for a workspace import) and the campaign dimension if you want campaign rows.
- Add the metrics Cost, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions and, for ROAS, the conversion value metric your account uses.
- Run the report and export it as CSV.
Which columns Benchmarketing reads
| Needed for | Column (any of these names) |
|---|---|
| Every report | Cost, Spend, Amount spent |
| CTR and CPM | Impressions, Impr. |
| CTR, CPC and conversion rate | Clicks, Link clicks |
| Conversion rate and CPA | Conversions, Results, Leads, Purchases |
| ROAS | Conversion value, Conv. value, Purchase conversion value |
| Daily tracking in the app | Day, Date, Reporting starts |
Extra columns are ignored, and total or summary rows at the bottom of the file are skipped automatically.
Free report or workspace import?
- The [free benchmark report](/tools/ad-benchmark-report) accepts any summary export, with or without a date column. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.
- Importing into your workspace (Integrations, then Import a report) needs one row per day, so add a daily breakdown before exporting. That is what lets the app track your position week by week.
